Hope’s Mission

Our mission is to be a leader in fulfilling the unique needs of individuals with dementia and supporting their caregivers while optimizing each person’s independence and dignity.

A Team Approach to Care

Our nurses keep a careful eye on each client’s health, notifying family and/or physicians if any issues arise.

Hope’s highly qualified staff includes registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, case managers and activity program professionals. Together they offer nursing, medication management, dietary and personal care services along with plenty of attention, affection and support.

Our team approach to care and case management is focused on preserving the individual’s health and remaining abilities, emphasizing their strengths and helping them feel self confident and independent. These goals are achieved through a variety of therapeutic activities that challenge and gently stimulate but are sensitive to individual limitations.
